i read about food shortages

i read about food shortages and is a big problem in the future
Global shortages mean wheat is now is in high demand
so it will cause a big price inflation
Food represents about 10 to 20 % of consumer spending in the rich world, but as much as 60 to 80 %
in developing countries.
